Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees Policy

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Where products are faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or fail to meet statutory guarantees, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund as provided under New Zealand law.

No Change of Mind Returns:
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, finding a cheaper price elsewhere or no longer requiring the product.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights under applicable legislation.
