Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud or other legitimate business reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrington & Company excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights available under New Zealand consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

We source our products from different sources and we are not authorised dealer of some of the nz suppliers. We are an independent retailer/reseller

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.
