Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Cancellation Policy

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons. Our right to cancel orders applies even to orders that have already been accepted.

Products & Sourcing

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from actual products.

We source our products from different sources and we are not an authorised dealer of some of the NZ suppliers. We are an independent retailer/reseller.

Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrington & Company excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights available under New Zealand consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
