Delivery Estimates
- North Island: 2–7 business days.
- South Island: 3–10 business days.
- Furniture and oversized products: 5–15 business days.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles and personnel.
Risk passes upon delivery. Ownership remains with Harrington & Company until payment has been received in full.

Toys Shipping Policy
We utilise courier services and is subject to the following:
- Please allow 1-7 working days for your parcel to arrive
- All deliveries require a signature
- Only delivery to NZ addresses and NOT P.O.Boxes
Order Processing:
We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours. Any delays will be communicated to you at the earliest time possible.
Packaging:
We use only recycled or recyclable materials for our packaging as well as strong, double cushioned cardboard boxes to minimise potential damages from shipping. We encourage you to put them into your regular recycling bin for collection.
If your item is severely damaged or lost in transit, please contact us for a resolution. We may be able to claim such damages from the courier company. Our careful packing should protect your LEGO sufficiently from mild to moderate transit damages. However, please accept that there is a risk your parcel may sustain damage during the shipping process.
Missing Pieces:
For any missing pieces in your newly purchased sets, LEGO.com provides a free replacement service and will take care of you by clicking here. For any other issues with your purchase, we will fulfil our duties as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us for a resolution.
